Kling 3.0 API Now Available on ModAPIS

快手发布 Kling 3.0 当天，ModAPIS 完成接入与费率核对，即刻可用——day-one 是我们的上架纪律：新模型发布当天，一个 Key 直接调。

要点

规格：i2v（图生视频）与 t2v（文生视频）双模式，物理一致性与大幅度运动显著提升；标准档 5 秒，无音频 / 带音频两档。
费率：credits 计价——标准 5 秒 45 credits（≈$0.45），带音频 90 credits（≈$0.90）。公开锚点 1 credit = $0.01，失败任务不计费。
接入：统一 REST 任务接口，模型 ID kling-3.0，任务完成 webhook 主动推送（全档免费）。
